Our Approach to Reporting
As part of our commitment to transparency and comprehensive disclosure, Haycarb has taken deliberate strides beyond compliance not just to meet requirements, but to reflect a deeper sense of responsibility. Our financial and non-financial reporting complies fully with all mandatory local regulatory frameworks including the SLFRS, LKAS, and Colombo Stock Exchange listing requirements. In addition, we have voluntarily aligned with global standards such as the GRI Universal Standards, the Integrated Reporting (<IR>) Framework, and SLFRS 1 & 2 while embracing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and climate-related disclosures under TCFD and ISO 14064, fostering a culture of responsible reporting.
